Who manufactures bagasse (sugarcane) tableware in India for export?

Arbhu Enterprises manufactures and exports bagasse sugarcane tableware from India – plates, bowls, meal trays, clamshells and cups – to wholesale and bulk buyers worldwide, from ISO-certified factories with 1,100+ shipments to 34 countries.

Are Arbhu's bagasse products FDA compliant and certified?

Yes. Our bagasse products are FDA food-contact compliant, and are made in ISO 9001:2015-certified facilities. In our own name we hold an Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) and FIEO Registration-cum-Membership. We will supply what your market requires: EN 13432 or OK Compost and LFGB for the EU, ASTM D6400 and BPI and FDA food-contact documentation for the USA and Canada, phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin per shipment, and REX registration, which we put in place for confirmed orders that require it. Market-specific certificates such as BPI or EN 13432 are provided to meet your import documentation – see our Certifications page at https://arbhuenterprises.com/about/about-certifications/.

What is the MOQ and can I order wholesale?

Yes. Our minimum order is set per product and shown in packs on each product page. In pieces it starts at 500 for coconut shell, 1,000 for coconut wood cutlery, 2,250 for bamboo toothbrushes, 10,000 for palm leaf, bagasse and sal leaf, 10,800 for PLA coated bio cups and 13,500 for birchwood cutlery, and every minimum rounds up to a whole box, so some sizes sit above these figures. We supply at wholesale and container scale. Because a box of cutlery holds far more pieces than a box of plates, the same piece minimum is a different pack count from one product to the next, and the exact figure is shown on each product page. Samples come first, and you can mix SKUs across a container. Quoted EXW, FOB or CIF in USD.

Do you ship to the USA, and is US stock available?

We export worldwide including the USA on FOB and CIF terms. Selected US-market items are also available from US-based stock for faster delivery, subject to availability – ask our export team.

Is bagasse tableware microwave safe and compostable?

Yes. Bagasse is molded from sugarcane pulp, handles hot, wet and oily food, is typically microwave and freezer safe, and is industrially compostable; home-compostability and any grease barrier vary by SKU.
