Arbhu Enterprises is a manufacturer. We run our own production facilities in India and supply eco friendly tableware on a private label basis to brands, importers and marketplace sellers who want to sell it as their own. You are buying from the factory floor, not through a trading house. We have shipped to businesses in 34 countries and manufacture for 139 brands, so most of what we make already reaches the end buyer under somebody else’s name.

This page explains exactly what we can and cannot brand, what the minimum order looks like, how long a container takes, and which export documents travel with it. We work on a quote and sample basis, so you can test the product with your own customers before committing to a bulk run.

What private label means here, precisely

We are a manufacturer, not a printer, and it is worth being straight about where your brand can and cannot go. Palm leaf, bagasse and coconut shell are natural materials that are heat pressed, so we do not print logos onto the product surface itself. Your branding goes on the packaging, and that is where it matters for a retail shelf or an Amazon listing.

  • Blank pack product. Unbranded product in plain packs, ready for you to pack, sleeve or label under your own brand at your end.
  • Custom branded sleeves. Your artwork on the retail sleeve or band that goes around the product, which is what the end customer sees.
  • Ready to list FBA cartons. Cartons prepared and labelled to the standard Amazon FBA expects, so a container can go from our floor toward a fulfilment centre without being repacked.

If your market needs something beyond these three, tell us in the quote and we will say plainly whether it is something we do.

The seven lines you can private label

Everything below is a line we manufacture and export today. Follow any link to see the real sizes, shapes and pack configurations currently in production.

Minimum order and lead times

The minimum order is set per product and is shown on each product page. As a working guide, the minimum is 25 boxes of any one product, and a private label run sits above that because artwork and packaging are involved.

Stage What it is for Typical timing
Mixed sample carton Testing product quality with your own customers before you commit Air freight, fastest route
Private label run Your sleeves or labels on a production quantity Above the standard minimum, quoted per product
20ft container Full economies of scale for a single market 22 to 25 days production
40ft container Larger programmes or multiple lines together 28 to 30 days production

Those production times assume a made to order run rather than ready stock. We do not publish per unit prices, because the right number depends on the mix, the pack format, the destination port and the volume. Send us the mix and we will quote it.

Certifications and the documents that travel with your order

A private label buyer carries the compliance question for their own market, so the paperwork matters as much as the product. Arbhu holds ISO 9001, SGS testing, an Importer Exporter Code, FIEO membership, Phytosanitary certification, Certificate of Origin and PQ documentation, and is registered under Startup India. Food contact eligibility is confirmed per material and per destination market at quote stage, in writing, before you order.

For market specific food and compostability certifications such as LFGB, EN 13432, BPI or ASTM, we hold the core certifications and provide the certificate your market requires. Tell us the destination market at quote stage and we will confirm in writing what we can supply before you order. You can review the documents on our certifications page and request any of them by email.

One thing we will not do is claim a registration we do not hold. Arbhu is not REX registered, so for European origin proof we supply a chamber of commerce Certificate of Origin instead.

Why buyers private label with a manufacturer rather than a trader

We own the production, so the person answering your specification question is the person who makes the product. Factory visits and production footage can be arranged on request. It also means one fewer margin in the chain, and it means quality problems get fixed at source rather than negotiated between middlemen. We work with 2,600 industrial artisans and have completed over 1,100 shipments, and our own 10 point supplier vetting checklist is the same one we would want a buyer to run on us.

How to start

Send a quote request with your product mix, the rough volume, your destination market and whether you want blank pack, custom sleeves or FBA ready cartons. We will come back with a quote and a sample plan. Ordering a mixed sample carton first is the normal route, and it is the one we recommend.

Private label questions we get asked

Can you print my logo directly on the plates?
No. Palm leaf, bagasse and coconut shell are natural heat pressed materials and we do not print onto the product surface. Your branding goes on sleeves, labels and cartons.

What is the minimum order for a private label run?
The minimum is set per product and shown on each product page, with 25 boxes of any one product as the working guide. A private label run sits above that because artwork and packaging are involved. Ask for a quote on your specific mix.

How long does production take?
A 20ft container takes 22 to 25 days and a 40ft container takes 28 to 30 days, for a made to order run rather than ready stock.

Can you supply cartons ready for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We prepare and label cartons to the standard FBA expects, which is why several of the brands we manufacture for sell on Amazon marketplaces.

Which certifications do you provide?
ISO 9001, SGS testing, Importer Exporter Code, FIEO membership, Phytosanitary, Certificate of Origin, PQ and Startup India registration. Food contact and compostability requirements differ by material and by destination market, so tell us your market and we will confirm in writing exactly what we can supply for that material before you order.

Do you sell the same product under your own brand in my market?
We manufacture for 139 brands and ship to 34 countries. Raise your market at quote stage and we will tell you plainly what we already supply there.

If you are private labelling for the United States, read Import Alert 23-15 and bagasse alternatives for US importers before choosing a material.
