Arbhu Enterprises exports bamboo toothbrushes from India to buyers in 34 countries. We do not make them ourselves: we manufacture areca palm leaf tableware in our own units, and we source bamboo toothbrushes from partner manufacturers in India and export them under our own Importer-Exporter Code. This page is for UK importers, wholesalers and retail buyers who want to buy at container scale from India rather than from stock already landed in the UK.
Buying direct is a different transaction from buying off a UK shelf. It is a container or part-container, on sea freight, with your own artwork if you want it, and with the documentation your customs broker will ask for. Everything below is what that involves with us.
What you are specifying
Bristle
- Charcoal infused, the most requested option for UK retail and subscription boxes.
- Fibre, the standard soft bristle.
- Neem and fibre, where the neem association matters on pack.
Handle
C curve, S curve or round, all 190 mm. The handle is bamboo throughout, with no plastic in it.
Pack format
Packed in twos, fours, eights or tens. Tell us the retail format you sell into and we will work back from it. The pack size changes how many packs make up your minimum, not the minimum itself.
Private label
Your brand on the handle and the pack. A private label run sits above the standard minimum because artwork and packaging are involved, so send your specification and we will quote against it.
Minimum order
The minimum for bamboo toothbrushes starts at 2,250 pieces. Ordering is in whole packs, and every minimum rounds up to a whole box, so some configurations sit slightly above that figure. The exact pack minimum for the size you choose is shown on each product page.
Getting it to the UK
We quote sea freight. Tell us your destination port and whether you want FOB, CNF or DDP, and we will price it with the order. We do not quote air freight for this product.
Production and sailing time are quoted per order rather than promised in advance, because both depend on the configuration and the sailing schedule at the time you book. Ask for both in writing with your quote and we will put them there.
Documentation a UK importer will be asked for
UK buyers ask for much the same pack as EU buyers, without the EU-specific registrations.
- Certificate of Origin, raised per order through the chamber of commerce.
- EN 13432 compostability documentation, supplied for your order.
- SGS laboratory test report (2021), held by us.
- Importer-Exporter Code and FIEO Registration-cum-Membership Certificate, held in our own name.

Why buy direct instead of from a UK stockist
We will be straight about this, because it decides whether we are worth your time. A UK stockist holds inventory in the UK, ships to you in days, and sells in small quantities. We do none of those things. What we offer instead is India-origin pricing at container scale, your own artwork on the product, and control of the specification down to the bristle, with one exporter handling the paperwork across every line you buy.
