However, in the event of any listing discrepancies, the final and error-free documentation will be provided at the time of order confirmation, before payment is processed.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are processed subject to acceptance and product availability. Orders may be cancelled in the event of unavailability of goods or non-compliance with agreed payment terms. Payment terms are communicated during the quotation or invoicing stage and are to be complied with as agreed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines and methods are discussed and confirmed during the order process.
While every effort is made to adhere to agreed timelines, Arbhu Enterprises cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs, shipping partners, or unforeseen circumstances, although such delays will be communicated promptly whenever possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns do not work well in cross border trading due to the obviously hefty shipping cost involved. We insist on getting a third party quality inspection done before dispatch if the customer wants to be assured of the quality. We will also share details of our inhouse 2 step quality inspection report with customers before dispatch. 

7. Limitation of Liability

No liability shall be assumed by Arbhu Enterprises for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or products purchased. The maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total value of the product in question.

8. Indemnity

It is agreed that Arbhu Enterprises will be indemnified and held harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from a violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
