Shipping Policy

At Arbhu Enterprises, we aim to ensure that every shipment is handled with care, efficiency, and full transparency.
All shipping arrangements are carried out in line with the industry standards of the agreed Incoterm, as mentioned in the Proforma Invoice.

1. Shipping Methods  

• Shipments are arranged through reliable freight forwarders and logistics partners experienced in international B2B trade.

• The mode of transport, transit time, and handling procedures are defined by the agreed Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP) and confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

2. Shipping Timelines  

• Estimated shipping schedules are shared before order confirmation.

• While every effort is made to adhere to agreed timelines, factors such as customs clearance, port congestion, vessel delays, or unforeseen logistical issues may cause delays. Buyers will be informed promptly in such situations.

3. Packaging Standards  

• Products are packed to meet export-grade standards and to withstand the transit conditions expected for the chosen Incoterm.

• Any special packaging requests must be communicated before production begins, and additional charges may apply if such requirements go beyond standard specifications.

4. Customs, Duties, and Compliance  

• Responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance documentation will be as per the obligations defined by the agreed Incoterm.

• Buyers are encouraged to verify import regulations in their country to avoid delays.

5. Quality Checks Before Dispatch  

• Third-party quality inspections are strongly recommended before goods are lifted from the port or warehouse.

• Once goods are shipped in accordance with the agreed Incoterm and accepted for dispatch, Arbhu Enterprises’ obligations for quality are considered fulfilled, except where otherwise stated in the Proforma Invoice.

6. Risk, Insurance, and Liability  

• The transfer of risk from seller to buyer will follow the standards of the agreed Incoterm.

• Insurance coverage can be arranged by either party, depending on the Incoterm obligations and buyer’s preference.

7. Tracking and Communication  

• Tracking details and updates will be shared as soon as they are available from the logistics provider.

• Arbhu Enterprises will maintain communication until the shipment has reached the delivery point specified in the agreed Incoterm.
