Return and Refund Policy
We, of course, do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and of the highest quality and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation, kindly reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, if ever a delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can report to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. A customer can share snapshots on email@example.com.
If we found the product has not been returned in the resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the Return/Refund. If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges also incurred in sending the product to you and bear the costs of returning it to us.
Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be at the discretion of the company and in case the Returned product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility for the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.
